Rocker Chic Eyes~ eyemakeup : VIDEO TUTORIAL

Hey everyone

I am back with another makeup tutorial.It is basically a black smokey eyemakeup which I named the ROCKER CHIC eyes :)

This video is in collaboration with one of my super talented Youtube friend ,Mandy of the GlamXpress

I just did the eyemakeup because I am having allergies on my lips and I'm under strict medication and just using Vaselline on my lips these days and nothing else.So I couldn't do the full face makeup =(

yet another Stylecraze Haul

Eyemakeup for Prom : Tutorial + EOTD

Hey everyone

Today I am going to do an eyemakeup tutorial for Prom

I know I was supposed to do a video tutorial but sadly not getting much time =(

I will shoot  makeup videos from June, Promise :)

But for now enjoy this look ladies ;)

I chose turquoise purple and black eyeshadow to create this
 vibrant and sexy look which is perfect for PARTY/PROM

 Let's get started with the quick tutorial ~~

Step 1: prime your eyes and also dust some loose

 powder on the under eye area so that you can easily

remove the fallouts

Step2: apply purple eyeshadow on the middle portion

of the lid but dont cross the creaseline)

Step3: apply a frosty turquoise eyeshadow on the inner

area of the eyelid till the tearduct

Step 4: next apply a black eyeshadow(preferably matte

eyeshadow) on the outer V area and crease.

 Step 5: blend out the harsh edges of black eyeshadow

with a matte light brown eyeshadow to give a smokey

effect to the whole look. Then dust away the loose

 powder applied before on the under eye area

Step 6: finally finish off the look applying a black liquid

 liner close to upper lashline, kajal on the waterline &

Black mascara on the lashes

Final look ~~

FOTD : Indigo Airlines Air hostess inspired Look/ nude eyes with red lips

Hey everyone
I am back with another FOTD for you all
So I generally travel by Indigo Airlines whenever I travel to any parts of India.
I find it to be the most stylish well maintained flight
And to add to that, the air hostesses of Indigo Airlines look so hot and glam that I cant stop staring at them (I know I sound like I'm a guy or something :P)...Here's a pic showing,  how they look with makeup >>

So I observed their makeup each and everytime i travelled and came up with this look >>>

PRODUCTS used ~

face:

Lakme invisible foundation all over face

Lakme 9to5 creme compact as concealer

lakme compact powder (to set the foundation and concealer)

colorworkshop pink blush on cheeks

eyes:

applied light beige eyeshadow all over eyelids from NYX champagne and caviar palette

the color workshop black liquid liner to line upper lashline(do make a winged liner)

maybelline colossal kajal on waterline

curled lashes with eyelash curler

applied maybelline hyper curl mascara on lashes

lips:

Colorbar velvet matte lipstick in hot hot hot (adds instant sensuousness ;) )

Deeptima's Smokey eye makeup tutorial : GUEST POST

How are you all?
Today I have a surprise for you all
This is going to be a guest post by the famous Youtube Indian Makeup Guru~~~ DEEPTIMA !!!!!!!!
I can't express in words how much I am excited =D
She is a beautiful girl from New Delhi , who has expressive enigmatic eyes with a flawless skin and a charming smile. She is more like a sister to me than my friend because we have a great bonding and connection with each other <3

So this is the final look that she came up with ~~~

Now , here comes the step by step tutorial ~~~

1. Apply a Black base on your lids after priming them;

I used a black liner pencil; you can even use a gel liner. Then use a maroonish plum shadow in the crease

2.Next, I used a dark grey eyeshadow and applied it on the center and outer corner of my lid

3.For the inner 1/3rd part, I used a lighter shade of grey

4.After blending both the greys, I used the lightest grey on the inner corner near my tear duct. (That was completely optional, though)

5.Blend all the shades on your crease upwards to eliminate any harsh lines and add little bit of black on the outer corner

6.To highlight, I used a shade bit darker to my skin tone

Clean all the fallout and apply kohl liner and black mascara.

And you are done !!!!

~For lips I used NYX round lipstick in pumpkin pie and with a light hand I applied Faces blush in Light Bole  

 So this completes the whole look.

much awaited HAUL :D

I have got some treat for your eyes ladies :D
this month i have been lucky enough and managed to pamper myself a bit ;)
so all you makeup and beauty freaks let me present infront of you all, my much awaited HAUL !

1.First of all i must mention , do check out Avon's exciting offers this month...
I picked up 6 simply pretty color bliss lipsticks from avon (MRP-1 for rs.99 and 2 for rs.179 in current month's offer)

(my personal favourites are sangria, mango mania and cherry red) !

2.Then i picked up 2 Maybelline lipsticks from urbantouch.com. one in "Coral Pink" (MRP-rs220)and another one in shade "My Mahogany"(MRP-rs299). I also managed to get one tester of Gala lipstick :D in shade 312 "Wedding Night"(If you wana know the story how i managed to get it from the nearby shop, don't hesitate to ask me :P)

3.I got Revlon colorburst lipgloss(MRP-rs475) in shade "Aubergine" from urbantouch.com, two Maybelline colorsensational lipgloss (MRP-rs250 each) in shades "Raspberry Sorbet" and "Sugared Honey" and also Lakme aquashine lipcolor (MRP-rs395) in shade "Firebrick"

4.Since winter has arrived so i also picked up the yummiest lotion available in India :D ,i.e, Vaselline cocoa glow moisturizer(MRP-rs65), then clean & clear oil free moisturizer from healthkart.com(MRP-rs80) and Garnier body cocoon lotion (MRP-rs170)

5.oh ! how can i miss these cheap unbranded nailpolishes(MRP-rs20 each)..hehe..i seriously don't like spending much on nailpolishes because manier times i keep biting my nails hehe :D

5. Then i got this deodorant  named Jovan white musk which is widely available and comes within 200 to 250 rupees i guess(forgot the price) :P
And got this unique kinda bangle just for rs.100 :) I love this bangle because it goes well with both traditional as well as contemporary/western dresses

6.Next, i bought this earing(MRP-rs250) to match with my saree ( i recently started wearing sarees after struggling so hard  hehe :D)

7.Got this super hot red pure leather purse as a gift..I loveeeeee it !(MRP-rs950)

8.Then I purchased Lakme eyeshadow quartet in "Desert rose" (MRP-rs425) which is best for bridal or party makeup ;
Also purchased form urbantouch.com >> Revlon custom eyes eyeshadow palette(MRP-rs680) in "Rich Temptation" and my favourite NYX 10 color eyeshadow palette in "Jazz night"(MRP-rs880)

9.Last but not least, got these 2 badges as gift too...Guess what do they resemble ;)
