Skincare update !

Hey everyone

Hope you all are doing fine

I am a bit busy with my studies.Moreover I am not well for last few days :(

My left hand from shoulder till the elbow is causing me problem; dont know why its paining .It's hurting so much that I cant sleep well..I feel like my hand is fastened to something :/

Anyways, that's not a big deal though because my love for makeup, blogging and making videos is much ahead than these petty health issues (Yah I am a freak rofl :D )

In this post I am just going to share what are the skincare products that I am currently using :)

List of the products ~~

Nivea extra whitening cell repair & protect body cream

Clean & clear skin balancing moisturizer (oil free)

Hiphop face scrub in Kiwi (worked for me..yayy)

Ayur deep pore cleansing milk 

Ponds pure white deep cleansing facial foam (It's my favourites facewash now, makes my skin fully clean and oil free; hence perfect for summers)

Neutrogena deep clean facial cleanser face wash

Fab India vitamin-e de-pigmentation cream (helped to remove all dark spots from my face, I will rate it 5 on 5. I am super happy with it )

Nivea lipbalm in Soft rose (reviewed here) ,Olive & lemon and pomegranate

Fab India lip butter in fruity vanilla

The Body Shop born lippy Plum lip balm (reviewed here)

NIVEA visage aqua sensation invigorating cleansing gel :REVIEW

Hello everyone
Today I'm going to do a review on nivea visage aqua sensation invigorating cleansing gel.
Let me share some of it's pictures first >>

What the company says >>

Aqua sensation invigorating cleansing gel :

- Deeply cleanses and purifies your skin

- Effectively removes dirt and makeup

- leaves your skin feeling fresh and invigorated

Application >>

Apply gently to a wet face, neck and decollete by massaging in small upward circles.

Rinse off with lukewarm water.

My take on the product >>

>First and foremost thing i must mention that this is the perfect facewash for summers !

>Nivea , as you all know is a decent brand and always keeps upto my expectation.

>I got this facewash from Singapore.

>It is priced at 9.80$ for 200 ml ,hence we get quite a lot of product .

>It deeply cleanses the face and gives a fresh and awakened skin indeed.So incase if you are feeling sleepy, then wash your face with this cleansing gel ,rofl. But just the opposite thing happens with me, I infact feel so calm and relaxed that I get drowsy & sleepy after using it =D

>It is suitable for normal & combination skin.Though I have a dry skin in winter but in summers my skin turns into a combination skin, such a wierd skin I have :-/

>It has a nice cap; if you press one side the other side opens.So the product doesnt get wasted.(refer picture #4 above)
>packaging is very good, sturdy,very handy& product doesn't leak out at all.

>The gel is tranparent having many soft pulpy granules (Don't know what are those granules for)

>It contains hydra IQ & cucumber extracts.
>It also has aquaporin skin technology (as mentioned on the cover)
>It gives a cooling sensation.

>The smell is really very refreshing and soothening !!!!!!!!!

Overall its a good product ,the only DRAWBACK is that I'm not sure whether it's available in India or not.
So I will rate it 4 out 5 (minus 1 for availability issues )

Review : NIVEA lipbalm in soft rose

hello ladies
today i'm going to do a review of nivea lipbalm in soft rose
last month i had been to singapore, bangkok and pattaya
and being a shopaholic, i did lots of shopping (which is quite inevitable) :P
coming to the main point; i got this nivea lipbalm in singapore at the famous mustafa shopping center, which is basically the hotspot for all the indians out there
and believe it or not it remains open for 24hours
and yes, i being a shopping freak,even purchased some makeup items at 1.30 am xD
so this nivea soft rose lipbalm is actually like any other lipbalm
but the good thing about it, is it's smell
it smells like a mixture of peach and vanilla (i felt like eating it . rofl)
the baby pink colored cap attracted me towards it..reminded me of Blossom from POWER PUFF GIRLS =D
so here are some of it's pictures which i would like to share>>>>>

here are some of it's features :-
~the packaging is very cute
~it's net quantity is 4.8g
~it's price is something around 4S$
~it hydrates and moisturizes chapped lips very nicely
~it doesnt give any glossy effect
~and also doesnt add any color to the lips.

Time for some pros and cons :-
PROS:-
~It's packaging is sturdy and is handy enough to carry.It can fit inside a pocket !
~It is affordable too.As a result of which nivea lipbalms have become very popular
~The net quantity is sufficient enough
~It really hydrates the chapped lips for a longer time .Its staying power is quite similar to the lotus herbal lip balms
~The lipbalm smells heavenly (which is the main reason i purchased it..)

CONS:
~It doesnt make the lips look glossy/ tinted like the nivea pomegranate or guava flavoured lipbalms
~Availability can also be an issue for this particular flavoured lipbalm.

MY OVERALL VERDICT:
Personally i liked this lipbalm but the only thing that i didn't like is that it didnt even add little bit of color to my lips

So i will give it 4 out of 5
